Quality Control

We will be checking the quality of your labels at every stage. Our expert quality control team will check the quality of the products at three different stages. One of our main goals is to offer you the best quality product with our state-of-the-art equipment.

Pre-Print Control

Graphic works that pass your approval are quickly prepared for pre-press processing. During pre-press checks, color tones are checked. Color adjustments are made at a level that the human eye cannot distinguish. We make sure that we are ready for production with the color you specify.

Control During Printing

We have three separate control stages during production. First, the molds are printed, the blades are cut and the types of materials are reviewed. Then, as soon as the printing process begins, a sample is taken from the machines and compared to the runs. Another control step is to check with random samples taken in the middle of production. In addition to all these, the entire process is secured with our fully automatic video control cameras.

After Printing Control

In the post-printing control, which we describe as the final control stage, we process the ready products in our control machines before sending them to you. Your products, which we provide final control with the help of a video camera, are shipped to you in accordance with our high standard quality policy.
